When you sign up, with 24 hours, our Support team will provision your account and send you login details as well as information on how to set up your business details, branding and customize your review campaign messages. You will also have the option to sign up for a personalized training session.

No. Each location in your account includes a certain number of email and SMS (text) messages per month for review requests. There are no per message charges for these. If you find that you need more messages, you can contact Support and we can add a Text Message Builder Pack to your location(s).

Yes, but we don’t think you’ll want to. If you do find that your business no longer needs a steady stream of positive reviews, then you may cancel by contacting Support. You will be billed for the current month and then your subscription will end. 

No problem. We’ve made it very easy to scale Customer Feedback VIP up or down to meet the needs of your business or as you have seasonal changes. Just contact Support and let us know what you need. We can add one or more of the add-ons shown above to your location.

Absolutely. We structured our pricing to be flexible. If you add a builder pack(s), you will be charged each month. If you need to scale down or remove it altogether, just contact Support and we will adjust your location limits and billing accordingly. 

Yes. We charge a nominal one-time set up fee. This covers getting your account set-up, customizing your review sites, request emails and branding.

Your account represents your overall connection with the Customer Feedback VIP platform. At the account level, you have your main billing and company information as well as users. 

Locations represent the distinct branches or offices of your company with which customers do business. At the location level, you can set contacts, review sites, campaign details and more. 

If you use Google My Business and have multiple businesses set up, each will have a distinct link for collecting reviews. This is a good test for whether you need multiple locations or not.
